Vishal Jakkulwar’s journey began in a small town in India, where opportunities were limited and career guidance was scarce. Like many students, he faced setbacks, uncertainty, and the challenge of finding his path. Rather than giving up, he embraced every obstacle as a learning opportunity, building resilience and determination along the way.
Today, after more than 20 years of living and working in the United Kingdom, he has built a successful international career in technology consulting, mentored professionals worldwide, and founded multiple businesses. Through UniQuest, he is committed to helping students discover opportunities earlier, make informed decisions, and confidently build successful global careers.

Chetan Patil
Chetan Patil’s journey began in a vernacular-medium school in Aurangabad, where a global career once seemed beyond reach. In 2012, he moved to Germany with his young family, facing the challenges of a new language, culture, and unfamiliar way of life.
Through perseverance, continuous learning, and determination, he built a successful career in Germany’s research and development sector and became a German citizen. Along the way, he also founded cultural and community organisations that helped Indians feel at home abroad. Today, through UniQuest, he is passionate about helping students confidently navigate the same journey and build successful international careers.

Kiran Deglurkar
Kiran Deglurkar’s journey has been shaped by resilience, determination, and a lifelong belief in the power of education. From an early age, she learned that perseverance and hard work open doors to new opportunities. Although her career began with uncertainty and a first job far removed from her engineering aspirations, she remained focused on her goals, building a successful technology career with leading global organisations before settling in the United Kingdom over 20 years ago.
